TMC Training Process

The goal of Teen Mother Choices International (TMCI) is to thoroughly train and equip individuals and churches to serve teen mothers in their communities. We provide online and individualized training through a TMCI Training Coach who walks alongside  the online learner throughout the TMCI training and into the first few years of implementing the program in their community. We believe being in relationship with one another helps to establish trust and allows us to be informed of your progress and talk through any obstacles that may arise.

We are also committed to being as transparent as we can be to help a potential trainee decide if this is the direction God is leading them and whether or not this is the program they are being called to use.

In order to help you make an informed decision as to whether or not you would like to commit to starting the TMCI Training Process (i.e. Readiness Survey, Feasibility Study and Director Manual Training), we want to encourage you to carefully review the following documents:

• Job Description for a Program Director - This is the person who will complete the TMCI training and implement the program in their community with the help of their governing body and volunteers.
  
  
• TMCI Licencing Agreement - This detailed document explains what it means to become a TMCI Licensee and the benefits associated with that status. The trainee who desires to advances to the Director Manual Training is required to have a signed Licensing Agreement on file with TMCI before starting that section.
