Course Description

This course is part of the TMC PROGRAM TRAINING.  It is NOT sold separately.

As one of the four cornerstones, mentors are essential to the success of the Teen Mother Choices Program. This course addresses:
  • The differences between a mentor and another TMC volunteer
  • Roles and Responsibilities of the Mentor
  • The Program Director's role in training, equipping and encouraging mentors
  • Areas to consider when selecting and placing a mentor
